"We were moved to 3 different rooms. The sofa beds in first two room were disgustingly filthy. We took a regular double instead of a suite and it had a big puddle of water underneath the sprinkler right by the door. The microwave didn’t even work in the regular room. There was no price adjustment, were still charged suite price. When I tried to talk to man at the desk about it, he said it’s not their fault I wouldn’t accept the first 2 rooms they offered because they were available and ready! :("

"Our host was very accommodating and responsive! The house was ready for us two hours early and all of our correspondences were promptly responded to. If we ever have the chance again, we would rebook!"

"The host is great! I initially couldn’t get the projector to come on to watch movies and Kevin immediately walked me through it step by step! Everything was in order the only observation I will mention was that the hot tub didn’t get warm/hot so my wife was pretty bummed out about it because she couldn’t get in. However I’m sure the host would have sent maintenance or something but I didn’t msg him because it was late at night on our last night there. Other than that it’s great, we will stay there again in the near future hopefully near summer so we don’t have to worry about it being cold and to take advantage of the nice lake which is only a few feet from the deck!"
