「Sitting somewhat away from the main street it is quiet with an absence of road noise. It is an older motel with some shabbiness in the hall carpeting and room chairs, but the room itself was clean. The breakfast offering was above average, fresh fruit; the eggs, sausage, and sausage gravy were well prepared and warm, several kinds of juice and blends of coffee. The pool looked inviting but was closed.」

「I was in a room and after I had checked in I noticed that the bathroom shower still had someone’s old wash cloth in it and hair in the shower. I usually always carry extra cleaning supplies so I didn’t make a fuss and this is the first time it’s happened. Not sure what’s going on but the showers is where the most bacteria can hide. Makes me wonder if the sheets were changed. 」

「We didn’t spend a lot of time at our Vrbo really except to sleep. The water out the back door was beautiful and relaxing. My friend and I did get up bright and early to walk the island before leaving. Very beautiful location overall! Owners were very helpful at check in! Definitely a location with visiting a second time」

「This is my second time at the property. It’s just as incredible the second time as it was the first time. I hosted our staff retreat there. 11 of us ladies fit very comfortably as it is so spacious. We had a wellness retreat. The pool and hot tub, amazing grounds and incredible house made for the perfect setting. I highly recommend and the hosts are always excellent and accommodating!!! Don’t think twice, book it!」

「We love this home !! There are 12 of us that vacation together each year . There is 2 kitchens, and 3 full baths plenty of room. We love the decks neighbors are vary nice, in a area that is kind of privet , if you like Antiques a short drive to Allen MI is a lot of fun . Lots of good places to eat , good fishing great boating all around Beautiful Experience !!!」

「I have never had a problem paying a cleaning fee on a listing, but I have also never stayed at a property that was so clearly neglected cleaning wise. The majority of silverware, plates, servers, etc we pulled to use had dried bits of food on them, the surfaces were so dusty it was clear they hadn’t been touched in quite a while, and there was a solid layer of dirt on a lot of things. When we messaged about the cleanliness of the food ware, the response I got back was that maybe I should run a...

「Property was amazing! Plenty of sleeping room, comfy beds, everything you could need for your stay. The home was huge with plenty of areas for the family to relax! Amazing view of the lake. Stayed here for a couple days for a sibling getaway with our families. Would definitely stay here again! The owner was very responsive to any questions I had. Great experience.」
