First, there was a sheet over the thin blanket, so it didn't look like there was a blanket at all. We asked for a blanket and an extra pillow from the front desk, and the person there looked distressed and confused and sent us to the housekeeper. The housekeeper appeared even more distressed at the idea and flat out refused. When we got back to the room, we realized there was a dried booger on a cirner of the sheet. My husband brought the sheet to the feont desk, and the attendant proceeded to scratch the booger off with his ungloved finger, stating that he was trying to figure out what it was. Second, there are some shady appearing people walking around the premises. Finally, the place doesn't have basic amenities like a microwave, a coffee maker, or a hair dryer. Not a big deal, but with all of the other problems, it just makes the experience more unpleasant.

Every guest checking in ahead of us had keys that didnt work. There were people bringing in loads of kaundry and geoceries obviously staying there for a long haul. There were holes in the screens of the room, curtains that didnt cover the window width, paint chipping from the ceiling in the bathroom from visible water damage. It took over 29 seconds for the lights to come on in the bathroom after the switch was touched. The beds squeaked. The windowsill was filthy with dead bugs and a hefty layer of dust and debris. The lobby stunk of curry stench ( and i like curry). There was a stale smell in the elevator and even a worse smell in the room. You could hear every sound in the hallway. Over all awful. I didnt expect a ton from a small hotel off the interstate, but I definitely expected more. We decided to check out within 3 minutes in the room. Wasnt ofdered a refund. Wasnt offered an explanation.

went down for breakfast at 7 AM and there was no food left. They did not plan on Replenishing. It was very noisy. Overall, it was not a very good experience.

I reserved a room with two queen beds, we got a room with two full size beds that was horrible mattresses they were super soft and moved like you was on a boat! Wasn’t able to sleep hardly any! Would not recommend this place at all!

We had 2 rooms. One room did not have any towels in it. The other room the bed was broke down and the tv did not work. Rooms and bedding were clean.

I have stayed at other Red Lion Hotels and this does fall short. More like a want to be. Breakfast was great. The older morning person was really a doll. Needs Outlets!! All outlets behind fridge and under 1 side of the night stand. Total of 2 outlets total. Bathroom is large but no counter space for sink. Liked the closet setup. No coffee setup in room.

Upon arrival I was put into a dirty room 210 the housekeeper lady said she would clean it ,10 mins later she said she was done I went into the room and noticed she didn’t clean the bathroom or even changed the sheets on the bed it had hair and a yellow stain on the sheet and looked like someone slept in the bed I informed the front desk and showed the lady the room and she apologized and moved me to the third floor which the hall carpet was dirty and had lots of pet hair on it and it smelled like dogs in the hallway , outside had dog pop in the parking lot in walk way , my last night there I was charged 161.00 for no reasons my stay was already paid for and I went to the front desk the owner argued with me and said he never had my card on file which I showed him my bank transactions from Expedia. This particular transaction was from the actual hotel. In fact, he did have my card number on file .. I will not stay here again.

Not dog friendly! Dog area tiny and nowhere to take your dog except to a truck parking lot. Faucet dripping and bedding ancient.

Language barrier on check in .. and confusion on reservation . Room key did not work until 3 times trying & the staff member had to come up , No coffee maker or blow dryer in room . Sink drained very very slow . Nice room & clean.Quiet location .good breakfast .

No hot water for 3 of the 4 days. no pillowcase on pillow blood on another pillow case. the floor was so dirty it left the towels black. could not get service or find service people hardly at all. Bedskirt had hard dried up substance on it.

Had a 2 AM checkin due to Our travel and front desk staff was prompt and kind. Room was clean and very simple nothing fancy. Left at 7 AM fine place to crash right off interstate for a quick snooze.

Excellent choice!
The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The new rooms were clean and had comfortable beds. The breakfast had a lot of choices. Overall the hotel was a great value!

You get what you pay for.
Registration a nightmare could not find Hotels .com reservation. Had to find a phone number to contact Hotels.com (very difficult). Once sorted out hotel staff was great, they are renovating hotel. Rooms were small but very clean, (and we were in a pet room). Staff was good, breakfast was the standard fare, (no milk for cereal).
