“Gustavo was extremely helpful throughout the stay and was responsive when asking for anything we had questions about such as food, feeding the alpacas, lighting the fireplace for us and even arranged an early morning taxi for us to the ollantaytambo train station The food was good as well but the star of the show was how peaceful, clean and beautiful everything was. Normally i dont write reviews but this location blew me out of the water”

“The place was good and relaxing but it is away from town. No activities in hotel. Good if you want to relax before or after machu pichu. Room is clean and has good views. Breakfast was nice”

“Beautiful boutique hotel with only 16 rooms that are spacious, elegant, quiet, safe and convenient. The staff is amazing and helped mewith anything and everything I needed including fixing my glasses I sat on and shopping for special foods I like. I felt deeply cared for. I now consider this my home in the Sacred Valley and hope to return someday. This is for sure THE only place to stay in my opinion.”

“Everything was horrible, from check in to check out, ate at the restaurant and gave me spoiled chorizo, told them about it and they still wanted to charge me for that, staff is rude they act like they are doing me a favor when I’m the one who paid for this. There is more bad stuff that happen here. I just can say I will never ever come back or recommend someone else to come here. ”

“As a local, he shared wonderful recommendations and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. When my friend and I experienced altitude sickness, Darghen arranged a private taxi tour for us so we could explore at our own pace and return to the hostel whenever we needed. This was far more comfortable than joining a standard group tour, and we were very grateful for his help. The breakfast was one of the freshest we have ever had. Much of the produce is harvested directly……
