「Nice comfortable double. The room was a good temperature throughout the stay. If known was going to be placed in a room facing the road would have brought earplugs as I am not used to traffic. Reception was very helpful and quick check in made sure that my car was in sight of the security cameras. Happy to use this hotel again.」

「Very disappointing stay. The room I booked was already occupied when I arrived. I was moved to a smaller room that did not match what I paid for three people, and my children had to find accommodation elsewhere. The place was not very clean and had an unpleasant smell. The kitchen was dirty. I did not even wait for breakfast. I chcked out very early in the morning.」

「This property was advertised as a hotel, but it’s not. There was nobody there at the property to welcome us, nor was there anyone to ask for anything like toilet rolls or extra pillows and there wasn’t a floor mat for stepping out of shower. As my husband is elderly he didn’t have a shower in case he slipped on the floor. Because there was nobody at the property on arrival we left part on our luggage in the car as it was difficult to carry up 2 flights of narrow stairs. To crown it all the room...
