Very disappointing. Room was cold and tv not working. Left voicemail for contact twice but received no response. Had to put spare duvet on top of bed. The fact that this spare duvet was in the wardrobe perhaps indicates that the lack of heat is a continuing problem. Internet was intermittent and difficult to get. Towels very hard - suggest you take your own.

Nice big room, quiet area but only a few minutes walk from the centre of Buxton. Street parking but seemed to be no problem finding a space. Eating places including a good cafe with breakfast, and shops not far away. Had a problem getting in. The * after the code number was not very obvious on the email. Tried to ring the mobile that was given but no reply. Eventually we realised about the entry code. We only saw the lady cleaner,no-one else. She was very pleasant and makes a good job of the cleaning. Bed was comfortable , if very high!! Good shower.

Convenient and plenty of off road parking. Slight hick- up initially as unable to enter front door. Phoned 2 numbers which were suppied on door but no answer. Eventually realised we had missed the star character off the number. Lovely room with plenty of tea and coffee. Slight issue with hot water as unable to get it very hot, lukewarm only so shower a bit tricky and couldn't find a non slip bath mat. Really enjoyed our stay though, overall great value for money
