Byron Bay by the beach

Excellent location, short walk through the bush to Belongil Beach. Close to main town too. Peaceful and very comfortable holiday accommodation. Very well equipped. Highly recommend

Great trip away by the sea

Beautiful garden and position near the sea with convenient access path. Light and airy. Very clean with everything we needed and more :)

Great spot close to all amenities

2 bedroom property very comfortable especially with the 3 bathrooms makes sharing with larger groups a breeze. Only a 10 minute walk to centre of Byron and 2 minute walk to Belongil Beach. Some attention to cleanliness and provision of basic supplies required but overall great stay

Family holiday fun

Loved our holiday! Fantastic location 2 min walk to the beach. Loved hearing the birds each morning! Short walk to town. Clean, well equiped, spacious home with great bbq area . Would stay again!

The location so close to Belongil Beach is such a positive aspect of the property as we did not want to stay close to Main beach. Villa 3 is amazing fabulous accommodation, amenities - all that you need are available.

Reviewer Comments: Cons:- BBQ was filthy; had to clean it myself before and after our stay- Kettle tripped a fuse so half the plugs including fridge not working on first night- Toilet seat in laundry broken; this never got fixed during our stay- Sliding blinds in bedroom broken- Sliding door in lounge came off runnersPros:- Great location- Great layout and spaces for a family- Excellent TV choices, channels, packages- Lovely balconies off bedrooms inc. ocean views- V comfy bedrooms and beds- Excellent a/c and ventilation- Ideal parking- Good security- Well-appointed kitchen and appliances inc.
