“Very expensive”

“we chose this hotel for our honeymoon and it's a decision we definitely didn't regret. the hotel itself was immaculate, clean, had everything essential on site. it's great to have the indoor and outdoor pools available as well as the spa where you can get a massage. the sauna is very good too. Lastly, the staff was brilliant. Yuliya checked us in and she was wonderful, made us feel so welcome. but other members of the staff in the restaurant, spa and the cleaning ladies on floor 5 were all very……

“What impressed us the most was the genuine friendliness of the entire team and the fact that guest satisfaction clearly comes first. We actually changed rooms twice. The first room didn’t have the sea view we had hoped for, and although the second one did, we later realized that the layout simply wasn’t right for us. Even though the hotel was fully booked and we had already accepted the second room, the management still went above and beyond to find a solution. In the end, they found the perfect……

“Das Highlight war die Dachterrasse mit Meerblick! Ein Traum! Auch sonst war das Haus sehr großzügig und gut klimatisiert. Die Küchenutensilien sollte man vielleicht teilweise mal erneuern. Ansonsten gab es nichts zu meckern.”

“Very bizzare hotel, rooms are incredibly clean, the housekeeping staff do a fabulous job, great interior, but the whole vibe of the hotel isn’t and wasn’t to my liking, it’s constantly like a disco, awful music being played, the staff are all very sleepy, not very helpful, the outside relaxing areas over crowded, feels like locals and others come to use the facilities as they please, as it isn’t monitored so guests have no place to relax, very over crowded, the location is great near to the sea.……

“We were a large party and had three enervated rooms. Plenty of plugs, comfortable beds, kitchen facilities ok could be improved with a better quality kettle and toaster. Maid service mostly every day, restaurant and pool cafe very good and value for money. Just off the strip and well located for everything. Would definitely go again and we will be booking again as quickly as we can get the pennies ready lol😊”

“Die Zimmer waren sehr modern und sauber. Das meiste Personal überwiegend freundlich. Fitnessraum sehr gut ausgestattet für ein Hotelgym. Im Buffet Restaurant/Pool war leider ein relativ starker Lärmpegel aufgrund vieler Familien mit Kleinkindern. Hätt mir etwas mehr Ruhe gewünscht.”

“alion hotel 非常不错，酒店环境一流，因为车胎胎压报警，前台服务员耐心联系租车公司，并在知道不用租车公司来换轮胎的情况下，又在地图上指打气的地方。人们非常友善。晚餐有正餐和自助可选，自助种类多，但我们的正餐更好，厨师的手艺和就餐环境非常棒。尤其是羔羊排做的回味无穷。有机会还住。”
