“Beautiful complex, new, clean, nicely furnished and nice amenities. However, it is next to a large freeway and the noise is constant. Also, the lighting in the parking lot keeps the bedrooms quite bright all night. We had a very difficult time sleeping during our stay.”

“This place has so much potential, but sorry to say it falls short- very short! Our biggest problem with this rental was the overall lack of cleanliness and the misrepresentation of the unit. The pictures and the listed description absolutely do not truthfully represent the unit. It looked abandoned. Cobwebs everywhere, the outside cushions were all damp, moldy, and smelly. Tiki bar full of junk that was damp, moldy and full of cobwebs. The pathway lights down to the dock are ripped out and……

“The apartment it self was nice and cozy until you see the roaches. My family and I left early because of it. The directions were not accurate and the ability to get into the apartment was difficult. While trying to find the correct building we saw that the breezeways of the buildings were littered and nasty. I rather deal with a hotel than this. ”

“The place was nice, and the location was convenient to some great breweries and restaurants. The light rail is just steps away.The parking situation is a bit confusing, made even more so when I unwittingly entered the complex through the back entrance instead of the front. We were able to park two vehicles on the street all weekend with no problem.”
