“Condo was beautiful and very clean. Ice maker wasn’t working but as soon we contacted the owner he had two bags of ice in the freezer by the time we got back. If you’re staying for attending an event at the Spectrum center it will take you about 20 or so minutes to get there, not the 12 mins it says. That is not a complaint but an fyi ! ”

“Location is ok but a lot of people hanging around the parking garage. The building day and night smelled of people enjoying the cannabis life.. just heads up. Every one we met from the building was very nice though.. if you walk one direction, you are in homeless territory but the other direction is nice. If I was traveling with kids, I’d consider getting closer to downtown a bit. Nice apartment and very clean. Met our needs but not for faint of heart ”

“The frig front was dirty, the tub had hair in it, the windows and sills in the main bedroom were dirty, the tub and the bathroom sink did not drain properly, shower curtain rod kept falling, and someone was smoking on the patio above us. Overall property is a bit run down (stairs are definitely a slip risk!).
