「Waking up to the sound of the ocean and being able to walk right onto the beach from the yard is wonderful. The staff at Zuma Tours are very nice and helpful. The house is within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, bars, shopping....pretty much whatever you may want/need. Being so close to everything, you can sometimes hear the goings on in town but it didn't bother us. We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan's House. Montezuma is a laid back beach town that is an excellent place to get away....

「We had a great stay with our family. Lucia (property manager) was very responsive and the daily housekeeping service was so wonderful! The house is located close enough to walk to restaurants but not in the busy part of town. Added bonus since we were there last is now there are lifeguards at beach - made me feel better given we had 4 teenagers in the water with lots of rip currents.
