「This review was during renovations to the swim-up pool. The place seems fairly vacant, probably due to the cartel issue and possibly the renovations and fact they are switching to all-inclusive soon. I enjoyed the pool, especially after security sent families to the kid’s pool. I found very funny and nice acquaintances to hang with daily. I enjoyed the restaurant and pool food. 「this is a new hotel with amazingly furnished rooms. rooms are spacious, felt like a palace! king delux had two full bathrooms too. clean, comfortable and has everything you need for short or long stays. the only minor thing was missing is a balcony would be great to have some, but they only have those in Loft rooms. staff ate friendly, helpful and available at all times. front desk team is knowlegable and helpful with making reservations to restaurants, spa and shows accross the resort. 」

「Our room was very close to the lobby. We could hear the noise from the lobby as though it was right outside our door. They played music from 7:30 a.m. right through until about 11:00p.m. This was quite annoying at times and made it difficult to sleep during these times. They really need to fix this issue by installing sound reducing doors.」

「A very nice resort that isn’t too big. Clean, kid friendly, air conditioning, daily activities and night shows. Great location with easy access to the port and to the center. There are options for eating outside the resort which is great for guests who choose not to use the all inclusive option. 」
