“We purchased a Jr. Suite, and needed a roll away bed and to be near my other family members, and thankfully the hotel was not fully booked (assumed), that we were upgraded to a 1st floor luxury suite. We were so happy that they exceeded our expectations ten fold. I might be spoiled now to always book a first floor room. Glad the hotel is not obnoxiously huge, that walking from one side to another was very easy. We are also happy that we could use the other two hotels just like ours. The……

“Great stay”

“This was like a frat party hotel, no king bed offering, ocean view was hard to see, ant bed in floor of room, very dated. No restaurants on site, you are expected to go to their other properties for meals.”

“We came for our honeymoon and had a great time! The concierge was very helpful during our stay. All of the service staff were friendly as well. The room was clean, comfortable and looked great. Overall food was great with the exception of a couple menu items that fell below expectations. Drinks were well crafted all around.”

“Signing after every meal or drinks ordered after it being all inclusive is strange. Not having disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste or q tips included in the amenities is also a bummer. Or having to get picked up by an uber outside of the security gate, property premises because they’re not allowed in, are all small inconveniences that add up to the experience. The sales pitch for a tour of another property and spa right at the beginning at check in is also not a good way to start after just……

“Room was excellent, very clean & comfy. Enjoyed the shower and rooftop pool. The only thing we didn’t get to enjoy was the jacuzzi it was not hot. We asked to make it warmer but they said they couldn’t.”

“We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. However, one downside is that all tourism-related personnel in the area, including hotel……

“Rooms were great! But asked for two queens and I had to sleep on a pullout couch! 👎 All inclusive at Estancia and Arco include Palmar, but Palmar all inclusive doesn't include them! 😠”

“The service and location of Estancia are the two things that impressed me the most. The resort is like 3 min walk from the beach. If you want to go to downtown areas (which is about 12 min of rides from the resort), you can always get a cab within 5 minutes. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. They helped us out with directions and information regarding restaurants. Other than these two points, the resort's restaurants are awesome. We upgraded to all-inclusive for the last two days,……
