The Space:

Each bedroom has a full bath and access to its own private balcony with stunning Pacific Ocean views and front row seats to magnificent bird watching and howler monkey sightings. It's a home perfect for family vacations or a couples getaway! Long term rentals considered as well.



Beautifully crafted , custom-made, gated entry greet you upon arrival to the home (and two other multi million dollar homes). Entering the home, a professionally decorated, spacious floor plan, lined with a wall of glass sliding doors facing the ocean, embraces the essence of indoor-outdoor living. With A/C throughout the property, you will find a fully-equipped, brand new designer kitchen ready to accommodate the chef's every need. Additionally, this is one of the few homes in the area with a generator to power the home during any unanticipated power outages in the Flamingo area. It powers the entire home, including kitchen, A/C, and Wi-fi so your stay would be uninterrupted. Our home has a two car garage and outside parking pad.



The private backyard area features an ocean and marina view, infinity edge pool, BBQ grill, Full bathroom with shower on the pool deck, and flower covered deck for watching the best sunsets Costa Rica has to offer!



Casa Del Mar has 2 floors in the main home:



-The first floor of the main home features a half bath, laundry room (with new washer, dryer and laundry sink), living room/dining room, a brand new gourmet kitchen, expansive balcony, outdoor grilling area, an office (equipped with Wi-Fi and free international calling phone, and stunning Pacific Ocean views), and the Master Bedroom with a King bed, en suite bathroom and private balcony.



-The second floor of the main home boasts 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms with a King bed, en suite bath and private balcony. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



In addition to the lap of luxury that Casa Del Mar has to offer, your stay also includes service from our concierge and full service team at Bluezone Experience with hospitality trained employees who speak both English and Spanish. Bluezone Experience is one of the largest and well respected luxury property management and Vacation rental companies in Costa Rica, and their office is only 5 minutes away from the home! From the moment you book your stay, they will work with you to plan every detail desired to make your vacation complete such as: arranging shuttle services to and from the airport, car and/or golf cart rentals delivered directly to the home for your convenience and without any extra fees, recommending and scheduling all tours/excursions, meal reservations, personal chefs, pre-arrival grocery shopping, in-house massages/manicures/predicures, etc. We use only the best and safest vendors and get our clients the best possible prices. Additionally, they will greet you at the house upon your arrival and will be at your service for your entire stay.

Flamingo Beach ( Playa Flamingo ) is part of the Guanacaste Riviera located on Costa Rica's northwest Pacific Coast and is located a short two minute drive from the property,. Flamingo Beach boasts a beautiful mile-long white sand beach with clear warm ocean water. This beach is perfect for swimming and sunbathing. Playa Grande, one of the world’s most famous surfing beaches is 40 minutes by car, as is the bustling surf town of Tamarindo, where you will find shopping, surf classes, and a bountiful selection of restaurants and nightspots. We recommend a car for this area due to the hilly topography and to make it easier to get around. This villa is just a forty five minute drive from Liberia airport, and twenty five minutes from Tamarindo's airport. The home is nestled among multi million dollar private estates. Flamingo is also home to world class sports fishing. Located just offshore, the Catalina Islands offer outstanding scuba diving. Nearby Playa Grande offers some of Costa Rica's best surfing. Beautiful golf courses, a marina, and gourmet restaurants are all conveniently located nearby.



The Villa sits in the middle of nearly 10 separate beaches - each offering something uniquely different. One of the world's most famous surfing beaches, Playa Grande (also home to Las Baulas National Marine Park - one of the world's most important leatherback turtle nesting sites), is only 45 minutes by car.
