Summary:
Flamingo Cove 7 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on a bluff overlooking hillsides and beaches, with amazing ocean views — and recently reduced rates. Most properties in Flamingo are located between the North Ridge and the South Ridge, looking out on either Playa Potrero or Playa Flamingo. But this one is situated in a rare spot on the southern side of the South Ridge, looking out on a magnificent view of Playa Brasilito and Playa Conchal.
The Space:
Flamingo Cove 7 is a terrific space inside and out. You’ll be lodged in the canopy of the tropical forest, looking out on palm trees, steep green hillsides and the azure Brasilito Bay below. You can take in this view from the table and chairs on your balcony, through the glass doors of the living room, or even through the big glass-walled shower in the master bathroom.
The bright, airy and air-conditioned living and dining area are sumptuously furnished and elegantly decorated. The fully equipped kitchen features blond-wood cabinets that match the color of the granite countertops.
You can eat, drink and be merry at an indoor wooden dining table that seats six, at a granite bar that seats three, or at the round glass table on the balcony that seats four.
The cozy, well-furnished living room is full of bright touches, with the greenery through the windows complementing the expansive ocean view below.
The master bedroom has a big bed, a terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a huge ocean-view window. The second bedroom has two beds and a desk, and the unit sleeps up to six.
Downstairs, there are two swimming pools, including one that spurts water from a rock wall. And the world’s largest swimming pool, the Pacific Ocean, is just below.
Flamingo Cove 7 and Beyond
From this alcove in the sky, it’s a short drive down the mountain to the renowned seaside town of Flamingo — one of Costa Rica’s greatest tourism destinations. Here you’ll find restaurants, bars, grocery stores, banks, a pharmacy, a hardware store and other conveniences. Drive just a bit further if you need to see a doctor or a dentist, or need to put gas in your car.
Flamingo is less than an hour from the international airport in Liberia, and it’s centrally located amid a string of gleaming beaches that inspired the name of Costa Rica’s Gold Coast.
If you’re looking for something to do, you can find it all nearby — boating, fishing, golfing, surfing, jet skiing, scuba diving, horseback riding, ziplining, hiking, ATVs and much more.

Pet-friendly policy
We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.

The Neighborhood:
Flamingo is a high-end beachfront community notable for its dazzling ocean views and the beautiful, hilly peninsula that juts out into the Pacific, separating Playa Potrero from Playa Flamingo.
Flamingo is home to a wide array of stunning homes and vacation rentals, as well as humbler lodging options, and it has restaurants, grocery stores, banks and other conveniences.
A brand-new, state-of-the-art marina opened to the public in 2022, with slips for yachts and fishing boats, condos for rent and all kinds of shops and restaurants. Other major developments here include the 360 Splendor del Pacifico luxury condominiums on top of the North Ridge, the Margaritaville Beach Resort, and the upscale Mar Vista housing development, where there’s an excellent private school called La Paz.
Good restaurants in town include the Coco Loco, a beachfront eatery known for its coconut drinks and standout cuisine; Marie’s, a reliable standard with a long and enticing menu; Angelina’s, featuring fine Italian dining in an elegant environment; and several options at the Margaritaville, including the 5 O’Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill.
Flamingo was largely developed by foreigners, and it lacks the traditional Costa Rican downtown with a soccer field plaza, church and school. The heart of town is an upscale commercial plaza with stone steps, fountains, restaurants and shops. Farther away on the road to Brasilito, you’ll find smaller restaurants, hotels, banks, hardware stores and the Super Massai grocery store.
Flamingo is more or less the centerpiece of a beautiful coastline stretching from the Reserva Conchal resort in the south to the Las Catalinas resort in the north, with the more traditional Costa Rican towns of Brasilito and Potrero in between. Flamingo is within easy striking distance of several beaches, including Conchal, Flamingo, Potrero, Penca, Prieta, Pan de Azucar and Danta.
Getting Around:
Our agents will be happy to assist you with renting a car, giving you the freedom to explore the area where you want, when you want. For short drives to nearby towns or beaches, golf carts are another popular mode of transportation. You can also rent a bicycle to ride around in town or beyond.
We can arrange transfers to and from the airport. Rental cars can also be delivered to your property at no additional cost, allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery as our private van drives you here from the airport.
Taxis are available but can be a bit hard to find. Many locals use buses to get around, though there are a limited number of routes and times of day when you can catch them. Private shuttles can be a great option for traveling to nearby destinations, and many tour companies offer transportation to and from the tour. Our information brochure will provide you with useful information on local transportation options and points of interest, as well as contact information for taxis and shuttles.
