ThePalms is Pure Luxury

From the staff to the accommodations, this is my favorite place to go in Costa Rica. The villas are well-appointed and cleaned daily. The grounds are immaculate, and the staff, from bartender to landscapers, are a joy to talk to.

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back again. The condo was beautiful and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. The beach, pool and property were ideal. Loved our trip!

Great stay at Playa Flamingo

We loved our stay at the Palms residence in Playa Flamingo. The unit was great and the property was well maintained. It is nice and quiet with only (approximately) 30 units. Playa Flamingo is a nice beach and a good location for surfing in Tamarindo or horseback riding on Playa Conchal.

Fabulous

Beautiful spot, gorgeous grounds, straight view out to the beach/ocean. Unit was impeccably clean, and the kitchen had everything. Owners and staff on site were both easy to reach, and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We hope to return.

Amazing property!

I would give this place more stars if I could. It is beautiful, comfortable and has everything for a perfect vacation. The location is incredible. Steps from a beautiful swimmable beach with soft sand. My kids spent most of their time on the boogie boards provided by the Palms but the pools are also wonderful. We had spectacular sunsets you can see from the condo. Inside, it is spotlessly clean. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need to cook and there are also excellent grills two doors down. They provide new towels each day. I honestly can’t say enough good things. It is one of my top VRBOs we’ve ever rented.

Amazing catered vacation

We have stayed at some high end vacation spots, but this has the best combination overall! Dania helps coordinate activities, golf cart, dinners, and excursions ahead of time and the concierge service at the Palms can also help when you arrive and during your stay. Having a contact ahead of time, really eased by worries about traveling to a county I didn't know as much about. We also had two dinners cooked by Dania, who is a personal chef also. These were amazing and she is such a pleasure to have around. The condo unit was clean immaculately every day, everything was there that you could need and the beach was nice and private but beautiful and fun. Our friends had recommended to stay here and we couldn't agree more. It caters to you, but feels very friendly and down to earth in all the best ways. We are so grateful to have had our 2023 Christmas here.

Best place in Flamingo!

This condo was an incredible place to stay for our family. It was beyond any stay we've experienced in a hotel or rgrough VRBO. The hosts included a private chef dinner and a private yoga session as part of our stay. The chef hand delivered a basket of fresh fruit to greet us on the first day and to answer any questions. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was amazing for preparing meals. Loved this place! Highly recommended!!

Absolutely Gorgeous Property

Great condo on a beautiful beach with all the amenities you could ask for. Property owners were very responsive and helpful with advice prior to our stay. The local contact, Dania, helped us set up dinner reservations at local restaurants and excursions. Everything was flawless. Dania is a trained chef and prepared a meal in our condo one night that was to die for. The on-site concierge was available for anything you need during your stay. Nice pools and well-maintained grounds right on a beautiful soft sand beach. Everything was just amazing. Highly recommend. Don’t miss the sunset at Sentido Norte. Make a dinner reservation and arrive early to watch the sunset. The view is awesome. .

Amazing property right on the most amazing beach!

Amazing villa on Flamingo beach! Very clean, check in was a breeze. Dania the property manager is also a private chef, she cooked the most amazing dinner for us one night, it was fabulous. My family and I had a great time, will be back!
