The new kitchen contains custom made cabinetry with granite counter tops, a full size refrigerator with ice maker (no need to fill ice trays all day long here), full size stove/oven, microwave, blender, rice cooker, coffee pot, toaster oven, and all the silverware, plates, cups, glass ware, bakeware, and storage containers you will need.
The dining area has a beautiful Costa Rican wood table with 6 padded chairs and ceiling fan.
The living area is open to the kitchen and dining area and has a ceiling fan and a second, very powerful remote controlled A/C unit to keep the entire condo extremely comfortable. The fold out couch and love seat provide ample seating for enjoying time together watching the 50 inch, Smart LED TV. If you need additional sleeping arrangements, the couch folds out to a bed. You will find games, cards, and books in the closet for your use as well. We have beach chairs, cooler, sand umbrellas and boogie boards to help make the beach days more relaxing.
The Flamingo marina and boat launch are very close so the boating opportunities are limitless, whether you want to go for a sunset cruise, or try for that record setting Mahi Mahi, Marlin or Sailfish. Jet skis, banana tube rides, kayaking, paddle boarding, diving, snorkeling, horseback riding and swimming are readily available. Tour companies, pharmacies, restaurants and eateries, bars, car rentals, golf carts, mini mart grocery store, real estate offices (just in case you catch the bug) are all found within a block of the condo.
