“Great property, friendly staff”

“The stay was beautiful. The valet staff was off.. and I was charged over my incidentals even though my valet charge was less then my incidental charge, and I checked out on a Monday and still haven’t received my deposit back.”

“The hotel is not located in the best area limited choices for restaurants and there was no hot water for a shower no kettle or fridges in the room”

“It is an older hotel, the a/c was loud, but the staff was friendly. There is only coffee fir breakfast, so I found an awesome coffee/bakery/diner just around the corner called Collosus! Excellent coffee and breakfast items including croissants, french-style Omelettes and french toast and brioches!”

“I was not expecting much but this hotel is fantastic. Great room, very clean and well furnished. I will stay there again.”

“The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.”

“ The room is small, and very noisy, the bed is sinking , the air con is also very noisy, close to the traffic, staff not so friendly, I will not stay there or recommend to anyone, never”

“La Mirage Inn was a decent stay if you’re on a budget for sure! The staff did their job! If you’re planning on staying here are some tips though!: - Bring shampoo and conditioner! Not very much provided - Room smells like smoke! Bring a scented spray! - Bring waters FOR SURE - Bring an additional blanket - Keep in mind that you’ll have to carry luggage up a flight of stairs! Other than that, I had a great stay :)”

“It served our purpose after our backpacking trip, so I don’t have obvious complaints but the stay was not that comfortable. The property is located in an unattractive neighborhood. Could use more maintenance and cleaning. The staff was helpful.”

“Room had bugs. Moved bed to catch bug never cleaned under bed. Bathroom had black mold. Furniture had nicks and scrapes. Would never go back.”

“The first room I was given met my ADA needs, being on the first floor near a handicapped spot, but the toilet was leaking. The owner offered a “better room” on the second floor, which I accepted due to exhaustion after my 7-hour drive. The second room seemed renovated but felt cramped, with the beds separated awkwardly, leaving little space to access one side. We resolved this by pushing the beds together, misaligning them with the headboards. The shower had extremely high water pressure and……
