"Proximity to cruise port was ok, overall the hotel was ok. The hotel wasn’t near anything such as shopping or dining options so you are likely to eat at hotel restaurant which was average. Hotel and rooms felt dated and run down. Decent pool. Nice walk around marina outside. Went with intention of using shuttle to cruse port and there was no availability for time to sign up when we arrived."

"Upon arriving, the place did look quite sketchy, but the front desk guy was very nice. He was approachable and gave many recommendations on sights to see and places to eat while we stayed. This made me feel better. We entered our room welcomed by a sour stench. It was warm, but did come with an AC units that blew more not appealing smells. We were woken up by loud knocks on our door that continued to go in spurts for about 5-10 mins. It was 9:30pm Cali time but 11:30pm from our home town that we just flew in from. We were scared and had no peep hole to check who was at our door and why they weren’t going away. We called the front desk and the guy was nice saying he saw the man on the cameras and came to see what the guy at our door wanted. Still pretty sketch and then took us awhile to finally trust to go back to sleep. The room was very dusty and parts are updated. There was an iron provided which was nice. The large bed only had one bedside table and one plug in on the one side instead of on both sides. The floor made my feet black from walking barefoot. There is a mini fridge and microwave that appeared dirty and outdated. The bathroom was supplied with Dove products, which was nice. Tv/cable provided as well as WiFi. Close to many food options in walking distance. Most likely will pay the extra next time to stay elsewhere for cleanliness and security. "

"Do not stay here. It's the middles of a ghetto neighborhood with zero parking and I'm just glad nobody broke in to my car."

"Easy to get to our cruise terminal, and complimentary coffee should really be offered. For cost of our room 200+ the couch cushions looked ripped and ratty. Light bulbs needed ..things like that. Shower was clean and bed was comfortable. Was quiet!"

"The breakfast is too simple. It would be better to have a microwave or a kettle in the room. The shuttle to the cruise terminal is the reason for us to stay there "

"This place is falling apart. The ceiling in the hallway had flood damage and holes. There were tiles missing in the bathroom. The toilet had mold growing in it under the rim. Also, they took carpet out (thank god, due to the smell of the hallway carpet) but we had a connecting room door in our room and it had a 1 inch gap. We could hear the other room loud and clear. It was cheap but not worth the money "

"Great communication with our hosts:Stanley and Ann. The townhome was beautiful and spacious. Was able to enjoy the rooftop for an early evening cocktail. This was a great location to all the areas we visited during our 7 night stay. There were also some great local restaurants that are listed in the guestbook guide! We ate at many of them. Hope to visit again!!"
