The host never responded to my messages through the VRBO app.When I spoke with the person on site, I was informed that there was no reservation under my name and that the property was fully booked. As a result, I had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute on New Year’s Eve, which was extremely difficult and caused significant stress and additional expenses.This was a very disappointing experience and a serious failure in the booking process, with a major negative impact on my trip."
