「Absolutely beautiful facility. Several villas that any American would proudly call home. Stunning views over the jungle and ocean. Fantastic infinity pool with perfect water temperature. Conveniently located just outside central Montezuma. The only reason for the one star reduction was the extreme heat and bugs inside Villa #2. At check in, the villa was well over 95°F with doors and windows closed and no AC running. Opening everything only made it hotter. The cement construction trapped heat...

「I can't recommend this hotel enough – I spent 3 nights here and loved every minute. Everything was perfect – super location, a clean, serene room with a balcony to sit out on and watch all the wildlife... Delicious breakfast and food in the restaurant (and at the moment all the football matches projected on the wall!) ... Every member of staff was kind and helpful... And so many nice touches: the lovely yoga in the open air studio... freshly baked cake every afternoon... and a to-go breakfast on...

「Beautiful resort, HOWEVER, if you aren't an entomologist you might not like your stay here. The doors don't seal, the windows don't seal, the outdoor shower doesn't seal, and that results in every bug and small animal in your villa. That is unacceptable for a "4 star" resort. While it wasn't the end of the world for us, having a June bug fly in your hair while in bed can be very unnerving or the squawk of a lizard on the ceiling at 3am can be annoying.
