「Firstly, the staff are what makes this place shine. Oscar, David and Andy made our stay very enjoyable. They demonstrated excellent service and were accommodating. The food was excellent but the choices were limited and the menu didn’t change during the 8 days we were there. I would have liked to have more options. 「We absolutely loved this Lodge! We stayed for one week. It was very clean and conveniently located, just a couple minutes walk to the beach. And lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was provided every day. And the staff was super friendly and helpful! They spoke English and helped us book an ATV for the week and surf lessons. Lovely people all around. 「Reservé el Bungalow y cuando llegué me dijeron que no estaba disponible, me dieron otra habitación con un segundo piso donde los huéspedes hacían demasiado ruido, yo reservé el bungalow y pagué el doble del resto de habitaciónes para tener esa privacidad y simplemente me dijeron que era esa la unica opción, de las dos noches reservadas, estuve solo una, preferí perder la segunda noche a pasar otra noche sin poder dormir.」

「Superfijn hotel, ligt heel centraal. Houd er wel rekening mee dat de wegen hier best slecht zijn. De doorgaande weg is een en al hobbel en gaten. Maar de auto stond netjes geparkeerd. Hotelkamer was top en ruim. 」

「This place was absolutely wonderful and I don’t have one negative thing to say. The rooms were clean, large and comfortable. The grounds were lush and gorgeous. The water slide was super fun. The staff especially at the front desk and restaurant were kind, accommodating and very attentive. I travelled with 3 boys ages 12, 10 and 7. I would highly recommend this place in La Fortuna.」
