"I spent four nights at Cuatro Vientos with my family! We rented a room with two beds and a private restroom. Even before we arrived we already were impressed with the owners because we needed to figure out a last minute issue! They were so helpful and very friendly. Kitchen is adequately equipped, other shared areas are also well maintained and clean "

"Exceptional home in an ideal location, away from the noise and dust in Santa Teresa yet close enough for easy access to beaches and restaurants. The host, Ruth, lives next door and was super helpful. The house was very well equipped, the pool was large and clean, and we loved the authentic community feel in Mal Pais. The Mal Pais beaches are not the best but it's a short drive to Playa Carmen and Playa Hermosa, which are both incredible. Montezuma is also only 30 mins away and is a wonderful day trip. Highly recommend!"

"We had the most incredible stay at Villa Oceana. The house is absolutely beautiful and just steps away from the stunning tide pools — the perfect backdrop for our daughter’s intimate beach wedding. We hosted the dinner reception in the backyard and ended the night with a magical dance party under the ranchito. It truly felt like a dream.Michelle, the host, was wonderful — warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She made everything easy and ensured we had everything we needed.The home itself is spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Our personal chef loved the kitchen — everything was clean, organized, and perfect for preparing our wedding dinner.Villa Oceana exceeded our expectations, and we’re so grateful for the unforgettable memories we created here. " Hope you are well. Today is our last day and I wanted to say thank you so much for sharing this special spot. We have had an incredible stay in the Santa Teresa area and my favorite part is always knowing we get to return here to refresh, relax and be together as a family. Your home is so special...I love the wood walls with their multi-directional textures, uniquely styled windows, elegant linens and stylish fabrics, nooks to relax, and homemade treasures from the sea all around. The toilet paper holder is my favorite! Plenty of space for us all to enjoy independent time, while still feeling connected and safe. The kitchen and dining space are so fun. Beautiful views & breezes, plenty of space and equipment to whip up something fresh. Having a cold shady pool to dip into throughout the day is divine! The kids of course have had a blast in it and we have all enjoyed cooling off after our adventures. Being on the ocean, watching the change of tides, hearing the waves throughout the day and night...the home...pool...gardens...it is all truly SPECTACULAR. Of course, having Ginny makes it all over the top. Just knowing she will be around to check on us, help us take care of your home, and provide us with some fresh laundry helps me to relax even more. "The house was perfect and fit our exact needs. You basically have 4 master suites so no one feels like they got a better room which is really amazing. The grand living/kitchen with sliders that open to the jungle and sea with infinity pool live even better than the pictures. Hot showers with great water pressure, privacy and an arms reach right into Santa Teresa. The road the house is on takes you straight to Montezuma as well so just a perfect location to explore the peninsula. Michelle our host was on top of everything for us, including arranging transportation, delivering rental car, arranging daily cleanings, and massages. It was a magical week with our family and friends! "
