"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Nya Hotel. The grounds are beautiful, and the restaurant staff is warm and welcoming, creating a cozy family atmosphere. The front desk staff is incredibly caring; when my daughter severely sunburned her hand, they promptly brought us medication. Even during rain, they kindly provided umbrellas at guests’ doors. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay. However, I found the note from the cleaning staff requesting a tip a bit unnecessary. "

"Everything was overall perfect. The host was very responsive and we were able to provide a grocery list so some items would be there for us the first day. The view was to die for every morning and every sunset. The pool was just another bonus. Having a washer and dryer helped us have clean clothes for our return home. The only thing was that the iron didn't work but the dryer had a wrinkle free option. The AC's worked perfectly especially in the bottom floor room. "

"The room i booked wasn't as expected but the staff were incredibly accommodating and switched us to a more suitable fit. Great location. Beautiful grounds and genuinely unique and authentic buildings made for an unforgettable stay. Staff helped with arranging transportation and the return of a lost item. I'd highly recommend and will stay again."

"We loved staying at Toucan house and would highly recommend it if you love nature. We woke up to birds and Howler monkeys. Everything is green. The yard is beautiful. You can hear the ocean. Our host was so very helpful with recommendations. Parking would be easy but we did not have a car. Taxi is available or you can walk to town. It was truly magical. "
