“Apartment on arrival had dirty oven tray in a dirty oven ,shower tray grout dirty around tray and tiles ,hand held shower rusty pipe and head no shower gel in dispenser, glasses dirty in kitchen cupboard one stuck to dirty shelf ,bedding old ripped and tired very little storage in bathroom, dirt and rubbish down side of washer shelves in wardrobes dusty and cluterd with old bedding,bathroom fittings rusty,coffe table veneer lifting ,doors veneer lifting top and bottom poor communication with……

“Super Lage, ganz netter Gastgeber. Ist Hilfsbereit und erledigt sehr Zeitnah wenn man etwas braucht. Betten waren bequem. Hatten schöne Tage zu Ostern. Einkaufen oder Bushaltestelle waren Fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch Restaurants sind genug in der Nähe. Die Möbel sind abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders das Sofa war aufgerissen und schmalzig. Da wäre ein Überwurf toll. Auch die Stühle an der Theke waren verrostet was nicht so hübsch. Aber im allgemeinen könnte man in toller Lage einen……

“The accommodation was in a good location in a standalone block it was still handy for shops and bars and a big plus was the onsite secure underground parking and the fact it had a fully functional lift to get you and cases up to the top floor where we found the apartment being all on one level with an excellent large outdoor terrace area suited our needs perfectly. “Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war jederzeit in allen Fällen ausgezeichnet. Er reagierte unverzüglich auf Fragen und Anmerkungen. In der Nähe also fußläufig befinden sich Versorgungsmöglichkeiten wie Supermarkt, Bäcker, Fleischer und Obst- und Gemüsehändler. Einfache Restaurants und vor allem Bars sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Wir haben Ubrique als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Touren im Naturpark für ideal gefunden.”
