“Smaller than I expected. Balcony is very small. Had issues with sink in the bathroom not draining, shower head was loose and fell off. Owner was very fast at having it repaired. Owner was good at responding to texts. All in all it was a good experience. Would stay there again.”

“First off, the listing on VRBO shows the approximate location as near Hays Street and 22nd Avenue in Midtown CDO. That's why I decided to chose this property over others farther uptown. But after paying the total non-refundable cost and getting the directions within 48 hours of arrival, i found out the place was actually located about 35 minutes further uptown than what showed in the listing. It was even further than Xavier Estates where I stayed before. My wife told me that it was far from CDO……
