BEST PLACE IN PUERTO VIEJO!

This is better than pictures, kitchen fully equipped, beds are new and super comfy, pools are amazing, AC in all rooms and living room, just amazing!

Fantastic Place

We had a great time. Ernesto and his family were very nice. Eddy and his family were also very helpful and great. Will visit again. The house and property is a great place to be.

Beautiful house located close to beautiful beach and great restaurant.

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It is located in 25 minutes drive to one of the most beautiful beaches in that area and Cahuita National Park. The owner recommended us one of the best restaurants with a very delicious food and high end service. Thank you very much for letting us stay at your house. We will definitely come back.

Wonderful Stay

Great home close to town and beaches. Really enjoyed staying at the house for 6 days with my family (4 kids). Not a big deal for us, but the second bedroom is not accessible through inside the house.

Tropical Paradise

We loved our 6 night stay here. It was spacious inside and out with a lot of great gathering spaces to socialize. We used many of the amenities including the pool and barbecue. While there were a few glitches with things the didn’t work, the host and on-site caretaker quickly resolved all issues. We highly recommend it for a tranquil retreat. It’s a beautiful place.

Short Caribbean exploration

We visited Puerto Viejo for 3 days after spending a week on the West coast. I wish we could have stayed longer. The entire area is beautiful with lots to see and do. The house is close to but tucked away from the main road so it’s nice and quiet. It was an excellent home base for us. Clean and spacious, it was easy to relax as soon as we got here. The pools and outdoor cooking area were great. Only minor complaint is that the kitchen(s) could use a few more supplies since we tend to cook more in our rentals since we have picky kids. But our stay overall was truly wonderful! Tatiana is a great host, very responsive and facilitated getting a pick up from the airport to the rental car company. Would stay again!

Great time in Puerto Viejo

The house was wonderful. We enjoyed the two pools and the outdoor kitchen. The shaded outdoor seating areas were plentiful, with a few chairs in the sun near the pools as well. The Baguira house had two separate sections connected by a deck. Each had its own private bath. The one house had a loft with two king size beds, a small living room and a kitchen. The other had one king size bed. We walked to a grocery store and Playa Negra In about 10 minutes with a 6 year old. Puerto Viejo was probably an additional 15 minutes walk along the beach with our son, so we drove into town. The people taking care of the house were friendly. We spoke a little Spanish, some of them spoke a little English, and we were able to have friendly, simple conversations regarding the area. We like being walkable to a town area when vacationing, and the only drawback for us was having to drive into town. Otherwise, this was a perfect trip, and we highly recommend this house.

Very disappointed

This property was beautiful and I would’ve loved for it to have worked out. Unfortunately, there was an ant and wasp infestation in the house that made it impossible for us to stay. I don’t remember it saying in the listing that the pop was a shared space. So, while I had to work, there were large families with loud children playing in the pool morning till night. The host was responsive while we were there and when I let her know there was an infestation she had sent a cleaner in immediately. I had a conversation with her and her daughter translated for us. She agreed to refund us for the rest of our stay and now she won’t respond to any of my messages and I have received no refund. I’ve had to escalate the situation with VRBO to try and get the refund that the host agreed to. The property is really lovely but I wouldn’t book it again with the insect issue and the absence of communication from the host since we left.

Great vacation!! Superb home!!

No more need to keep searching! Honestly the photos don’t do the property enough justice…. And the photos are great. Home has everything you need and even more by 100 %. 2 beautiful bed rooms with cold A/C, each with full bathrooms with walk in closets. 2 great pools, outside and inside kitchen, patios everywhere, BBQ, 2 outdoor bathrooms, big TV’s, and much much more. Need I say more? The home was well maintained at all times with a staff nearby… So grateful to have met Tatiana and Ernesto your future hosts…. I already will be booking again within a year because PUERTO VIEVO is one of Costa Rica’s most exotic locations. The home is just outside the center to give you absolute privacy. You will not regret booking this home. Thank you Tatiana for a lovely stay….

Magnifique!

Parlons tout d’abord du super accueil du personnel sur place. Toujours souriant, positif et très serviable. Nous les avons vraiment apprécié! L’emplacement et l’aménagement des lieux (cour extérieure et piscines, bar, BBQ, tables) sont extraordinaires, remplis de verdures et de fleurs. On peut passer de merveilleux moments sous le porche extérieur qu’il pleuve ou pas.

Une maison spacieuse très calme avec deux grandes chambres et salle de douche privative. Deux piscines et une cuisine extérieures partagées entre 3 maisons isolées dans le jardin (sans vis à vis). Des fleurs fraîches, des fruits offerts pendant notre séjour (6 nuits).Toute la famille a apprécié !

Comodidad y tranquilidad

Comodidad y tranquilidad son las palabras que caracterizan el lugar, a la hora de llegada la encargada nos recibido muy amablemente y nos explicó todos los rubros del alojamiento, después de eso la casa fue solo nuestra. Nos sentimos muy seguros y muy cerca de la naturaleza que rodea el lugar. La ubicación fue perfecta, estábamos a solo minutos de las maravillosas playas de Puerto Viejo, Cocles, Manzanillo y Punta Uva. El cruce Fronterizo en Sixaola está a 45 minutos y ahí las personas también son súper atentas. Aprovechamos al máximo nuestra estadía. Tuvimos el placer de conocer a los propietario del Inmueble y son personas sumamente agradables y divertidos. Muchas gracias por todo, esperamos volver pronto.
