“Great stay of my wife and daughter. They loved it. Nice boutique hotel and very, very clean. Excellent food especially their pizza from Il Forno. Great staff from resto, housekeeping, front desk and friendly service especially Davidson from concierge and another lady from front desk as well who checked them out on their last day. 3 minutes only golf shuttle to the beach and right across diagonally to the new Panda Express food chain.”

“The resort was at the beach and Grace Bay was amazing. Having an umbrella, towels and beach bed was awesome. Restaurant was ok but pricey as do all of Grace Bay. Room was clean and everything was working. We booked the ocean view but was given a first floor ocean view and was blocked by the dunes so no ocean view. Resort was not fully booked so not sure why we didn’t get the higher ocean view room. Lesson learned. Resort was 20 mins walk from the main shopping strip and you’ll need a car or get……

“The hotel staff was amazing very friendly and warm. Hospitality was great. Unfortunately the baby bistro restaurant manager was awful very unprofessional and is not pleasant. I had to speak with the owner about the management at the Bay bistro restaurant. The owner was very nice and he comped me $100 for dinner to make up for the rude restaurant manager.! I will stay at the hotel again. I loved it for the location of the room was literally steps to the beach. I will definitely return to this……
