Our stay at this hotel in Cairns was wonderful. The place is beautiful and you can see different animals around, which makes the experience even more special. The service was 10/10, especially thanks to Sarah, who was very kind and helpful to us. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit old, but overall it was a great experience.

Enjoyed our stay, loved the kangaroos & birds on site visiting each day. Rooms were clean, however main bed not very good for my back/shoulders. The shuttle service was excellent. John was waiting for us and was so helpful. Oue accommodation was perfect. Plenty of room, excellent kitchen and laundry. Direct access to the swimming pool. The resort staff were outstanding especially the maintenance man who was a jack of all trades.

The apartment was excellent & in a fantastic position opposite the beach & very close to many restaurants. Our only problem was negotiating the stairs, particularly from the car park, as age has caught up with us.

The resort was great the views were fabulous and it's location superb, it's opposite the beach and close to all restuants and the hotel. The apartment itself was a great size, it was clean but definitely needs new furniture and a bit of modernising. The beds were quite firm for us as we prefer a softer bed.
