Guest Registration & Identification
• Mandatory ID Submission: All guests must provide a valid government-issued ID or passport prior to check-in to comply with local regulations and any guest should be pre submitt the ID of it before arrival
• Marriage Documentation for Arab Nationals: Arab nationals or Arabic passport holders must present an official marriage certificate or family card (for GCC citizens). Unofficial documents, such as “Orfi” contracts, are not accepted under Egyptian law.

🧾 Rental Agreement
• Digital Contract Signing: A rental agreement must be signed digitally upon booking confirmation to formalize the reservation process.

👥 Visitors

There are no unregistered visitors allowed within the property. Visits must be noted to Spacey`s representatives 24h in advance with IDs submitted.
Visitors of other gender must be of 1st or 2nd degree with couples policy applying.

🧹 Housekeeping Services
• Complimentary Weekly Cleaning: For stays of 7 days or more, a free weekly housekeeping service is provided to maintain cleanliness and comfort.
• On-Demand Cleaning: Additional cleaning services are available upon request between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM with extra charge 10$.

🚭 Smoking Policy
• Restricted Smoking Areas: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas, such as balconies, if available.

• Hosting parties is not allow

🕒 Check-In and Check-Out Times
• Standard Times: Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Kindly note that check-out time is at 11:00 AM.
If you have not checked out by then, our team will knock on your door.
By 1:00 PM, if the unit is still occupied, we will be obliged to enter the room and record the process for documentation purposes.

• Quiet Hours: Guests are expected to minimize noise between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to respect the comfort of other residents.
