Dirty room as soon as i arrived. The shower floods and you're stood in the dirty water. Room is noisy lack of sleep due to this. Luckily no bugs etc Food is okay, not alot usual eggs and cheese, staff keep asking for a room number whilst you're trying to get breakfast. Best thing was no one came to scam you for tours etc good location to get ubers and near airport.

The location is excellent especially with its close connection to city stars mall; however, the entrance is little tricky and uber's drover wasn't able to find it. The room was excellent but the floor was dirty when we got it. I think they forget to vacum on this day. Overall, im happy with our stay.

There was not variety of food in breakfast . There was no brown bread . The staff has to go down stairs to get you brown bread or some days they have not got . Serving tea and coffee in the morning in a plastic disposable cups . There is no proper mugs or teapots for serving tea . Rating is 3 stars for breakfast . Room was clean and tidy . Very noisy if the room looking at the main road . About three mosques on the area praying at the same time early morning at 4:am with a microphone

Clean room. My only issue was the flight got there before 10 and they did not allow you to check in. After a long flight a person is tired also they charge us for breakfast that day

The Hotel was very good until they have new management and staff that will make you uncomfortable during your stay. No food allowed unless you buy from their restaurant. Very weird and never saw it anywhere around the world.

The place is nice,staf very friendly. Little older but clean. Breakfast not to bad but for 12 days was the same: beans, falafel boiled eggs, mashed potatoes,eggplant and omelet station. Cheese, yogurt and bread with nice bakery side. So i got bored and went outside some days for breakfast. But don't ever go to the hair salon they are so rude especiallythe girls, they do a very bad job and they will cheat you on the money. They told me a price for my mom but i left then they charged her a lot more because I wasn't ther and when i complained they were so so rude and very bad attitude. بس الفطا لمدة 12 يوم متغيرش زهنا وخرنا بعض الايام نفطر برة . اسوا شى الكوافير بتاع الاوتيل وحشين اوى وحراميه اتفقوا معايا على سعر وسبت امى يعملوا الشغل ضحكوا عليها واخدوا فلوس ذيادة كتيرربدل 1300 اخدوا كنها 1900 وكمان عملوا شغل وحش جدا ولما اتكلمت تانى يوم اسلوبهم كان وقح جدا جدا مفيش اى احترام ولا ادب يعنى حراميه وكمان قله ادب.، المكان الاوتيل كويس بس قديم شوية نظيف والموظفين كويسيين جدا ومؤدبين ومحترمين جدا واة شئ على طول يتعمل ويتحل كويسين

設備は古めで全体的にうす汚いです。 朝食も微妙だったかな。 1番不満だったのは部屋の臭い。 香水？芳香剤？がキツすぎて気持ち悪くなりました。 フロントのスタッフさんは感じが良かったです。 ショッピングモールまで歩いて行ける立地は良かった。

スタッフの皆さんがとても親切で、快適に宿泊することが出来ました！ 周囲のクラクションが聞こえづらく、わりと静かに過ごせます。 また部屋が広いので、スーツケースを広げても全く問題ありません。 近くにはシティースターズがあり、お土産を買うこともできます。 モールに行くためには一度道を渡る必要かまたありますが、交通量が少なくまた警官が立っているので安心出来ます。 当初はカイロ市内に泊まる予定にしていました。 周囲とホテルの環境を総合的に考えて、このホテルに滞在することにして良かったと思います。
