breakfast portions were huge. didn't get a chance to check out the pool. the bathroom was good too, however there's no fan or vent so it gets quite steamy and stuffy after each shower. bed was big and comfy, there was AC though i didn't use it much because the heat was very mild during my stay. the room's window did not open so that was a bit weird. the outside of the hotel scared me initially on arrival, but the interior of the hotel is quite modern and clean. staff was friendly and it was overall a decent experience and budget friendly option right in the middle of downtown.

The hotel is good for budget traveler and walking distance to the railway station. We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. George who is the Manager of the property. He even spent some of his personal time to accompany us to the train station to help us buy tickets to Luxor. The staff were very friendly and helped us in any way they could. We would definitely stay in the hotel next time.

The hotel is amazing. Very good price for the value. The food is delicious. Stuff is very professional rooms are very clean. It's my second time there definitely will come again. Everyone was more than helpful. Wi-Fi speed at the room was amazing. When I requested a quiet room away from the street, they give me. It was very very quiet. I had pleasant sleep. The hotel is newly renovated. The rooms is very well designed.

This hotel seems under renovation. the rooms I stayed is clean, quite exceeded my expectation as I saw the reviews before the trip. The service staff is friendly and helpful. The window is small which helped to reduce the noise in the street. The hardware in room still need sone repair, for example the brand new air conditioner leaks wheb it is on.

Its a very awful experience. My double bed was basically two single beds attached to each other. With one of them being broken. Mattress not comfortable and old. I could not sleep and can't wait to leave the next morning. Pictures are deceiving pay a little more for somewhere else to have some comfort amd good sleep.

worst stay i’ve ever had at a hotel and im not one to leave bad reviews. 1. showers were designed so terribly everything in the bathroom would get wet 2. water had to be manually turned on by staff in order to shower 3. fridge had a literal razor sharp corner my husband found out by cutting himself. 4. staff are unhelpful 5. wifi sucks 6. they won’t let you put wifi on the TV? 7. breakfast was terrible and premade, supposed to be from 6-11 and we went to get it around 8:30. we sat and ate what we could off of what they provided and watched a family of 4 get told there was no breakfast left?? at 8:30am? it was insane. 8. we ordered off the real menu (that costs money) a medium pepperoni pizza which listed having pepperoni, mozzarella, and marinara sauce. we were super hungry and waited 30 min for it to come with olives, peppers, and onions. i explained to them on the menu none of those things are listed and they were super annoyed with me. 9. THERE IS NO POOL!! half the reason we chose here was because it clearly says there is a pool? no pool there. none at all. 10. just overall an unpleasant stay. the only good thing is the blackout/ noise canceling windows. i would not stay again.

I had an excellent stay at Panorama Ramsis Hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo. Without a doubt, one of the hotel’s biggest advantages is its location. It is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, making it incredibly easy to reach business districts, shopping areas, restaurants, and many of Cairo’s most popular attractions. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, the location is hard to beat. The hotel has also been newly renovated, and it really shows. The lobby, hallways, and rooms feel fresh, modern, and well maintained. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The air conditioning works perfectly, which is especially important during Cairo’s hot weather, and the Wi-Fi is fast, reliable, and strong throughout the hotel, making it easy to work, stream, or stay connected with family and friends. What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the exceptional staff. Every member of the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. From the reception desk to housekeeping, everyone went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Their hospitality created a warm and friendly atmosphere that made me feel at home from the moment I arrived.
