Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
When contacting host upon arrival in Cairo, they told us that they do not have a booking from Expedia and that the property was already reserved by another client. It took half day for Expedia and host to relocate us in a 2 bedrooms apartment for 2 days without pool when we booked a 3 bedroom apartment with pool. Then the host finally let us move to the property we booked but last day we have again to move in another 3 bedroom apartment without pool in another compound. I will never book again with Expedia.
