“The host and her family make every effort to meet you at check-in which is so appreciated! No fumbling with locks or key codes or struggling to carry luggage up the stairs. This is especially helpful for Canadians since most of the flights from Canada to Lisbon are overnight flights and you will probably arrive quite tired.
The host also maintains excellent contact during your stay, provides you with plenty of supplies (toilet paper, towels), and has great suggestions. She really makes you……

“Facilities and services are not good as it is not corresponding to its luxury price. Water power in bath room is small. One of the room keys are not working. The staff for cleaning the room searched and touched my open luggage as my things are not in the order that I packed my luggage.”
