“We returned to the villa so we knew what we were getting. The views are absolutely spectacular and no photo fully does them justice. Ana who manages the house is great and made the check in and departure very easy. Ana also arranged for local ladies to come in and cook Portuguese food, which was amazing. I would higly recommend the property as a place.from which to explore the lovely beaches nearby. The food is well equipped and there's lots of space for coffee, reading, eating, BBQ, table……

“This was my fourth stay at the Aqualuz. The hotel is perfect for me, and it is right in the middle of one of my favourite parts of the world to visit. I am there for work, so I have ideal access for where I need to be, in an extremely comfortable hotel, with spacious rooms and great facilities (including breakfast, the pool, and the bars/restaurants), and (the highlight) to have near-direct access to an incredibly beautiful beach. Staying at Aqualuz each year is one of my favourite things to do……

“Ideale plek om te verblijven, ongeveer een half uur van Lissabon. Meubels zijn gedateerd en een paar lekkere stoelen om in te zitten zouden welkom zijn. Het huis is heel schoon en gastvrouw Sandra zeer vriendelijk. Ze kwam ons gedag zeggen met een heerlijk croissantje. ”

“The property was gorgeous, and Ana was the most amazing host. Very knowledgeable about the area and helped us in any way that she could. We loved our stay. Only struggle was booking ubers, we had one car so it was okay but finding ubers to pick us up/drop us off often took very long. ”

“These are great apartments for a family. New, fresh and spacious. The area is beautiful, untouched and quiet. The village itself is offensively overpriced, so if you're coming from Lisbon, do a shop before you get there! Great golf course up the road”

“What an amazing villa and a wonderful host. José and Luisa bent over backwards to help us out. The villa is just wow, everything you need for a more than comfortable stay. You will need a car but it is easy to get to Lisbon and the surrounding villages, beaches and countryside. ”
