「Staff unresponsive with messages when there was an issue with the booking, unhelpful and zero communication when I was supposed to arrive in 24hrs was told it would take 72hrs for a response, was then told they would organise a refund but 15 days later this money has still not been sent. 」

「Genuinely friendly and helpful staff. The sauna did not seem to be working correctly when I visited, but the hot tubs on the roof are good and have a great view over the bay. I did not try the swimming pool, but it looked a decent size. The buffet food did not have a huge number of options, but it was sufficient for me and the quality seemed good.
