「Meines Erachtens ist dieses Hotel keine 5 Sterne wert. Besonders enttäuschend war der Service zur Mittagszeit. Das Essen war nicht überzeugend, die Wartezeiten waren sehr lang und selbst die Bezahlung hat unnötig viel Zeit in Anspruch genommen. Für den Preis und * Klasse hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet bzw. kenne ich. In diesem Ort gibt es meiner Meinung nach bessere Hotels mit einem besseren Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.」

「Wir waren 10 Tage als Familie vor Ort. Man fühlt sich einfach vom ersten Augenblick wohl. Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend, egal ob Rezeption, Zimmermädchen, Servicekraft oder Koch. Poolanlage immer sauber und man bekommt täglich neue Handtücher für den Pool oder Strand. Die Zimmer waren eher kleine Apartments mit einer kleinen Küche. Zimmerservice war jeden Tag da, Handtücher wurden gewechselt, Betten gemacht alles TOP. Der Blick aus unseren Zimmern (wir hatten zwei) war...

「Visited in April 2026. Second time there, fantastic place to stay, wonderful staff. Very happy to help. They even changed our TV when ours did not work properly, this was done in a very speedy and non intrusive way. The staff are very attentive. Money well spent. We will go back next year! Thank you to all the staff.」

「Absolutely terrible. Rubbish customer service, nobody available on arrival waited 2 hours for them to be able to find our booking at midnight. Had the room less than 8 hours due to this hiccup and wouldn’t let us upgrade a couple of extra hours. Old fashioned, dirty shower/toilet, cockroaches and uncleanliness! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!」

「Hallo zusammen, wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im On.Mood, die Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nur die Rollen unterm Bett sind nicht so toll, wenn man sich in der nach viel dreht, verschiebt sich das Bett etwas. Ansonsten war alles super 😊 」

「Das ganze Bad wurde nass beim Duschen, somit war alles nass und das war kein Urlaub. Das Essen war ebenfalls gewöhnungsbedürftig. Im großen und ganzen okay, wenn man garkeine Ansprüche hat. Zudem strahlt dieses Hotel keine positive Stimmung aus. Möchte ich nicht nochmal hin.」

「We just returned from a week-long stay at this lovely hotel. The rooms are incredibly spacious, very clean, come equipped with great air conditioning, and feature beautiful balconies with a wonderful view of the pool and trees. The location is exceptionally convenient and close to absolutely everything. Most importantly, the staff were so lovely and helpful—nothing was ever too much trouble for them. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!」

The pools are gorgeous. The overwhelming sense of peace and luxury you get while staying here is blissful. It’s a serene oasis in northeast Mallorca. We will be back without a doubt.」

「A very luxurious and calming experience for our first visit to Mallorca. The hotel has a lot of thoughtful small touches (thick beach towels, lovely soaps), great parking, and a very restful and delightful ambience. Breakfast had a glorious amount of options. Stunningly pretty, old olive trees on the property and sheep and goats grazing in the distance. Would highly recommend! It's also very easy to get from there to many points of interest on the island so can be used as a jumping off...
