「Great venue, great staff great hotel all centrally located Excellent entertainment 」

「Unfortunately we were not aware that very little was open , no service by the pool no bar or restaurant open at the pool. Breakfast was good however every other meals was so disappointing.Raw meat and inedible . Pool staff very lazy not cleaning up,leaving dirty towels around and just looking bored sitting around.」

「The staff and service was truly great and the best part. Lots of areas are under construction in and around the hotel, so areas were closed off and not available. 」

「Our room was not cleaned by checkin time and we were given another room. Bathroom was smelly (not just during the checkin but during the entire stay. looks like some issue in plumbing). there were no bed covers for the blankets (i dont remembering reading that we have to bring our own blanket covers). The keypad lock at the apartment door does not work, we have to always use the key only. Somethings that were good: easy self checkin. Beach is just 50mts away. Very central and lots of options...

「The hotel is lovely clean and modern. The room was basic but was a good size and had a nice balcony. We had a small kitchen and fridge which was useful. We had come to relax and were a little apprehensive we had booked a party hotel given the proximity to Magaluf , but had no issues. There was some noise from neighbours on balconies in the evenings, but nothing after midnight which was fine by us. We had a great stay and the area was perfect. Beautiful beaches and so many nice restaurants to...

「Das Zimmer selber IO. Die Betten für so ein Teueren Zimmer könnten besser sein. Die Terrasse sollte mann auch reinigen. Wen mann zimmer reinigt. Personal. Zufriedenstelend. Vorallem küchen Service. Und wen mann heizung einschaltet stinkt nach Kläranlage. 」

「Hotel très agréable, bien situé et très propre, personnel globalement serviable et à l'écoute. Cependant, le service au bar restaurant est chaotique: repas commandé à 20h00, toujours pas servi à 21h30 malgré plusieurs rappels. Finalement comme nos enfants mourraient de faim, nous avons annulé la commande et avons préparé notre repas dans la chambre.」
