"Room with balcony overlooking beach was wonderful! The bathroom and kitchen were clean and seemed newly renovated but the bedroom is in need of a makeover. Carpet and mattress were especially in need of replacement and the mattress had so much wear, jog had valleys and was really uncomfortable. But the amenities were great and easy access to the beach was worth putting up with the bed;)"

"the room was dirty and smelled. They sent someone up to give us a bottle of air freshener. I had to clean the mirror to see out of it. The iron was nasty and the ironing board was torn and dirty. Elevator wasn’t working properly. New staff member put us in a room with double beds. We were told to come back after 6 and we would be moved to a room with a king bed. That didn’t happen!!! "
