「Nice location, condo was very clean, neat, and had everything we could possibly need. We were arriving a bit early and host was very responsive and accommodating, which was nice because we didn’t have to kill time waiting around to get in. Beds were comfortable. The place fit our family of 4 perfectly. Would recommend!」

「Location is excellent. Walk from your door to the beach in minutes. Property is definitely dated. But, effort has clearly been made to improve it. New balcony had been installed. Appeared to have newer paint, linens, and appliances. Property was perfectly clean when we arrived. My complaints are minor, and most didnt effect our stay in too negative of a way. The door lock on dishwasher would not latch, so couldnt use dishwasher. (Simple fix, but i didnt have any tools and im on vacation). ...

「Nice and roomy with a clean equipped kitchen. Quiet and private. Comfortable with a friendly helpful staff. Very small decks but it didn’t take away from enjoying the ocean front. I would definitely visit The Pepper Tree by the Sea again.」

「The customer service the staff provide was wonderful. Very welcoming as soon as we arrived on the property. They did a great job keeping up with the cleanliness of the hallways, pools and rooms as busy as it was this weekend. Definitely 10/10 experience.」

「The home was located in a nice peaceful neighborhood. It was close to many stores and restaurants. The cleanliness of the home was very nice, all amenities provided were greatly appreciated and better than expected. I would love to rent this property again if it's available when we come back to Myrtle Beach.」
