Amber and Julien were superstar hosts and made our 2 night stay even better with their recommendations for restaurants, and directions to the Balcony of of Europe, Frigiliana, bus, beach… Nice pool area. We enjoyed talking with other guests around the pool and in the shared kitchen area.」

「Check in process was non personal through an app. Also was a serious pain. Shower would NOT drain. Took 5 days to get it fixed in order to not stand in water and black mold. Not once was the toilet paper put on a roll dispenser. No soap ever put in the shower container. Apparently training for the housekeepers is minimal? The only staff on premise was the kitchen staff. They tried to help, but wasn't their responsibility. The location is a 10. But, the hotel is a 3 maybe? It needs a huge...

「Very close to bus station which is literally 10 sec walk only. Hv nice buffet breakfast and the staff is nice However the downsides are obvious. There’s long staircase and no lift. Staff is not around and always need to ring the bell. Also, There’s no toilet available in common area which is very inconvenient after picking up the luggage to get on a long journey. 」
