「We were greeted with friendly and very helpful staff from the minute we walked in the doors. He even helped us with our luggage, and phoned us after we left to be sure we had a pleasant stay at his hotel - Budget Inn in DeWitt Iowa. We would recommend staying at this place, and we will stay here again in the future.」

「Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend This hotel is in desperate need of some major updates and maintenance. Our room had peeling paint, and areas of the ceiling that had clearly been patched were already peeling again. The stand holding the microwave and refrigerator was also broken. The pool area wasn’t much better. There was a hose running into the pool, and the hot tub was out of service with construction materials covering it. It was certainly not the relaxing environment you’d...

「The service is not warm .the room facilities and simple.the bath towels are too old and smelly. The sheets and pillows are too old and seem to have not been replaced」

「We like the historic hotel vibe and its downtown location. An anchor like the Decker is vital for Main Street revitalization. We wished that the bar had been open on a Thursday evening, but the manager said the owner is working on leasing that operation. A lamp on both sides of the comfy bed would be most welcome.」

「This motel 6 was good for what I paid for. However on expedia the app told me there would be a mini fridge and microwave in the room i selected. There was none. That's most of the reason why I'm giving a poor review. I really needed that fridge & micro. Also the bath towels didn't smell clean, and they were very worn out, and the fabric was flaking off A LOT. They were quite gross.」

「the room was clean, the hot tub needed work. you could not use hot/cold together or the pipes would start rattling. the room was very big. the breakfast was better than the last time we stayed.」

「Wasn't bad, could've been more sanitary tho」

「Laki was very helpful in extending my stay. Very nice property that's will cared for. Be aware their aren't actually on Brady rather a service road right next to the main highway」

「The smoke was unbearable and my room smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking」

「Right next to tbk」

「This is my first time that a my place and I will definitely stay at one again. It is not your standard hotel with bad breakfast food in the morning. I really liked that it had a very well set up kitchen if I happen to be staying for a while. People just need to know to bring everything they will need in the kitchen. No supplies are provided.」

「Nothing didn’t stay」
