Great

During 40+ C a cool inside, Great airco, nice bathrooms and bedrooms, good equiped kitchen (large refrigerator). Swimming pool, clean and large, pool loungers and shading available at several places. There are some nice cats around the house who are almost al shy. The owner was extremely nice and helpful about restaurants in the neighbourhood. We had an extremely relaxing vacation and would like to repeat this experience.

Beautiful Villa with stunning views, spacious accommodation and amazing private pool

Just returned from our second stay at this villa with a family group of eight people. I cannot speak highly enough of the villa or the host who made us feel very welcome (with a delicious home baked chocolate cake that was really enjoyed by all). The villa consists of 4 well sized bedrooms, one with walk in wardrobe, a large kitchen and very large lounge/dining room. It was comfortably able to accommodate all eight of us. The villa is situated on an enormous plot and has numerous comfortable seating areas both in shade or in the Sun. The swimming pool is like a secluded paradise and was frequently used by the whole family often well into the evening. The views from the villa are very picturesque and is not overlooked at all. The local town (Calasparra), has some great places to eat at as well as a couple of large supermarkets. Everyone really enjoyed their stay at the villa and did not want to go home at the end of the second week. In addition to staying at the villa a few years before, we had to also cancel our stay at the villa due to the covid outbreak. The owner fully refunded our deposit without quibble even though they did not have to. We look forward to staying at this villa again in the future!

Some good, some not so good

We spent a week in this property. We were unlucky with the weather, and to be honest, the property is not very well equipped to deal with this. The pool was not functioning which would have been frustrating if the weather had been good. Additionally, we had to deal with a lot of cats (10+) hanging around the property which is not to everyone's taste. There is a fairly large amount of building materials sitting around which doesn't make it feel 'de lujo'. Having said this, during good weather, with the pool running, this would be a relaxed rural location with a large living room and veranda area. Susana, the owner, was friendly and did try to help with the issues we had with heating and hot water although it would have been nice if she'd thought about this upfront.

Ideal holiday

We have just come back from a 2 week stay at the villa and it was perfect. The view was beautiful and the area was calm and relaxing. The villa has everything you need and more! It is also really spacious and super clean. The swimming pool and garden is really large and bikes were available for the children which was amazing . Shops are 10 mins away and have everything you need . Last but not least, the owners were lovely! Answered any questions we had whenever and super welcoming. We highly recommend this villa if you're after a relaxing holiday. Mehdi

Beautiful villa set in a stunning location

I have just returned from a fantastic two week family holiday and cannot speak highly enough of this villa. We were greeted on arrival by Susannah who immediately made us feel welcome and showed us round the villa. The villa is large enough to house a large family (we had 9 people) with ease. The rooms are all well proportioned and decorated to a high standard. The villa is set in a lot of grounds which have been beautifully landscaped and are fully enclosed. There are beautiful views of the villa grounds and of the surrounding mountain landscapes, yet the villa itself is not in any way overlooked and is very private. The pool area has been fully fenced off so is great for children. The pool itself is very large and is surrounded by sun loungers, making this a fantastic place to spend time during a sunny day! There are several large supermarkets nearby that can be reached in around 5 minutes by car. There is also many beautiful places to visit locally. I have really enjoyed my stay at this villa and would highly recommend it to anyone.

La maison est grande, conforme aux photos, il y a de l'espace pour que les enfants jouent. La piscine est grande, profonde et bien sĆ©curisĆ©e (idĆ©al avec des enfants en bas Ć¢ge). La maison est en "campagne", il faut donc compter environ 1h de route pour visiter la plupart des lieux recommandĆ©s mais c' est au calme et il y a toutes les commoditĆ©s nĆ©cessaires Ć  5-10 min en voiture. Les propriĆ©taires sont trĆØs sympathiques, ils ne sont pas envahissants mais trĆØs Ć  l'Ć©coute du moindre problĆØme ou besoin que l'on peut avoir! Merci pour ces vacances!

Parfait - Perfect !!!

Nous sommes partis en famille: 4 adultes, un enfant de 4 ans et un bĆ©bĆ©. C'est dĆ©jĆ  la 2e fois que nous louons cette villa et, comme la 1re fois, nous sommes enchantĆ©s ! La propriĆ©taire est d'une gentillesse et d'une amabilitĆ© rares ! Desde que nos pusimos en contacto,todo fueron facilidades,con un trato cercano,y a nuestra llegada una bienvenida excepcional,tratamos directamente con el dueƱo que nos enseĆ±Ć³ toda la casa y la finca,nos facilitĆ³ una informaciĆ³n muy detallada de todo lo que podĆ­amos hacer durante nuestra estancia,desde lugares para visitar hasta actividades de ocio en la zona,nos sorprendieron con una cesta de bienvenida y dos pasteles caseros hechos por su esposa,la casa equipada hasta el ultimo detalle,la cocina totalmente equipada,desde un frigorĆ­fico grande,lavavajillas, cafetera hasta tostador y exprimidor,vajilla y cristalerĆ­a abundante,los dormitorios amplios con ropa de cama,asi como los baƱos con toallas,el porche ideal para pasar el dĆ­a completo,la piscina muy limpia ademĆ”s de grande,un entorno super tranquilo donde poder desconectar del estrĆ©s,tanto que no apetece salir a ningĆŗn sitio,y donde desde la llegada los dueƱos te hacen sentir como en tu propia casa,sin duda repetiremos cada vez que podamos,de nuevo dar las gracias a Manolo y Susannah,que son unos anfitriones increĆ­bles,una pena que las vacaciones se acaben tan pronto.Un saludo y hasta pronto.

Inmejorable estancia cerca de Calasparra!

Desde el principio cuando te pones en contacto con Susannah te das cuenta que tipo de propietarios te vas a encontrar. Todo son facilidades y cercania en el trato. La casa es un lugar perfecto para cualquier actividad en la zona. Todo son comodidades. Las estancias son muy amplias y acogedoras: desde el salon comedor , a las habitaciones...La cocina dispone de todo lo imaginable para sentirte como en tu propio hogar, no falta de nada (desde menaje hasta los electrodomesticos mĆ”s pequeƱos) y en gran nĆŗmero de unidades. Los dos baƱos tambiĆ©n son completisimos, amplios, nuevos y prĆ”cticos (nada de espacio pequeƱos!) . Los extras de la casa hacen que tu estancia sea tan agradable que no te apetece salir de allĆ­ en dias, la piscina, la terraza exterior, la posibilidad de hacer barbacoa y el gran parking cubierto que puede alojar 4 coches . Los niƱos se lo pasaron en grande con todas las casitas, cabaƱas, cama elĆ”stica.... Por si fuera poco Susannah nos deleitĆ³ con un pastel buenĆ­simo, una botella de vino y queso de la zona y unos productos bĆ”sicos para arrancar la estancia. No recordamos estar tan agusto en un chalet como este. Sin duda inmejorable decisiĆ³n para estar en familia o grupo . Sin duda, volveremos siempre que podamos a su villa! Un beso muy grande

Pour aller droit au but: ...

Pour aller droit au but: GĆ©nial!! Il y a tant Ć  dire que nous ne savons pas pour oĆ¹ commencer. Tout d'abord, nous avons eu droit un accueil des plus chaleureux de la part des propriĆ©taires: on s'est trĆØs vite senti Ć  l'aise et comme chez nous. La villa est grande et il y a beaucoup d'espace pour les enfants en plus des jouets et du trampoline. Il y fait calme et bon vivre. La piscine est bel et bien privative dans le sens oĆ¹ personne ne peut vous voir: c'est ce qui en fait, d'aprĆØs nous, un plus que beaucoup recherchent... Quant Ć  la maison, elle est spacieuse et trĆØs agrĆ©able. Elle comporte assez d'espace et nous avons trouvĆ© que le tout Ć©tait trĆØs bien agencĆ©. Question propretĆ©, pas de souci Ć  se faire: on pourrait manger par terre ! Sur place, nous n'avions manquĆ© de rien et Ć  seulement 8 min, on trouve 2 hypermarchĆ©s et un grand "bazar" (entendez par lĆ  un magasin qui vend de tout: des petits souvenirs aux ustensiles en tout genre). Et comment ne pas parler de l'environnement! Une campagne calme, une oliveraie qui jouxte la maison et un fond de montagnes qui laissent passer une douce brise en fin d'aprĆØs-midi : un pur moment de bonheur. Petit conseil pour trouver la villa: prendre la route qui relie Calasparra et Valentin et scruter le portail des villas. En venant de Calasparra, la villa est sur votre droite, en plein virage, aprĆØs avoir passĆ© un hameau nommĆ© "Las Reposaderas" et juste aprĆØs un panneau qui indique "Los Marines". Elle reconnaissable grĆ¢ce Ć  l'Ć©criteau sur le portail " Cruce de Los Marines". Mais pas de panique, les proprios peuvent vous donner rdv au village et vous y accompagner. ;) Bref, nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette villa qui reste une merveille en termes de rapport qualitĆ©/prix. A l'annĆ©e prochaine.

TrĆØs agrĆ©able sĆ©jour dans cette jolie villa. les propriĆ©taires sont d'une extrĆŖme gentillesse et l'accueil irrĆ©prochable. La villa est conforme aux photos. C'est un endroit parfait pour se reposer, et profiter de la grande piscine. Tout Ć©tait parfait.TrĆØs bon rapport qualitĆ© prix. Je recommande vivement cette location!
