Schön gelegenes Haus

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Das Anwesen ist groß mit vielen Gelegenheiten um im Freien zu relaxen, die Aussicht ist super und die Lage toll. Die Kommunikation lief super schnell und unkompliziert und vor Ort war alles perfekt organisiert.

Belle maison MAIS…

Notre premier jour a été catastrophique. Alors que nous avions communiqué avec l’hôte et envoyé un message à la personne devant nous accueillir, personne ne nous attendait. Nous avons dû attendre 30min pour que quelqu’un arrive et en plus la maison n’était pas prête. Pas de ménage ni de lits de faits. Nous n’avons pû nous installer dans la maison qu’après 19h15 alors que nous n’avions rien à faire vers la maison vu qu’il faisait un froid de canard et qu’on ne pouvait pas aller à la plage. L’hôte n’a même pas fait un geste. En plus ce soir là une soirée était organisée vers la plage. Musique à fond jusqu’à 5h du matin. Autant dire qu’on n’a pas beaucoup dormi. Surtout que vu qu’il n’y a pas de volet et des rideaux non occultant, on s’est réveillé tôt à cause de la lumière. Les fourmis sont partout et il faut enfermer la moindre nourriture. Il y a un microclimat sur la baie qui fait qu’on a eu mauvais temps presque toute la semaine alors que 10km plus loin il faisait beau. Bref et il y plein de mais.

Wunderschön!

Die Casa Charmosa ist ein uriges Häuschen mit einem ganz besonderen Charme! Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten sehr bequem, die räumlichen Begebenheiten sind so, dass man immer einen Rückzugsort für sich findet. Der Blick über die Bucht ist bei jedem Wetter wunderschön! Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern ist sehr angenehm. Man bekommt im Vorfeld schon viele Informationen über Restaurants, Ausflugsziele, Strände, Klima...super, vielen Dank dafür! Besonders gut haben uns die Strände von Foz do Arelho, Praia de Vale Furado und Praia do Salgado gefallen. Beim letzteren ist das Schwimmen aufgrund des Wellengangs oft nicht erlaubt, aber wunderschön ist er trotzdem. Ein Hinweis noch, im August wird in der Bucht anscheinend gerne und viel gefeiert(das Dorffest in Salir do Porto, ein Festival auf dem Campingplatz in Sao Martinho do Porto) und das lautstark bis in die frühen Morgenstunden. Ein Päckchen Ohropax für die eine oder andere Nacht kann da vielleicht nicht schaden. Die Casa Charmosa ist aber auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen!

Un vrai dépaysement

Un sejour incroyable dans une maison qui permet de se sentir en vacances des qu'on franchi la porte d'entrée. Des draps et des serviettes qui sentent bon, un équipement adapté et complet et un joli accueil avec bieres portugaises fraiches et bouteille de vin. Merci

Unser Rückzugsort!!!

Wir haben soviel gesehen und viele Tips genutzt. Es wurden viele Strände, Klöster und Gärten besichtigt. Wir haben tolle alte Städte gesehen und sind über Klippen gewandert. Jeden Tag haben wir uns dann auf unser schönes Haus gefreut und abends von der Terrasse auf die schöne Bucht gesehen. Es hat uns sehr gefallen!!

Tolle Zeit in wunderbarem Haus

Unser 5. Aufenthalt in der Casa Charmosa war wieder sehr schön! Wir fühlen uns dort schon fast wie zu Hause und haben jeden einzelnen Tag genossen. Das liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus, Die Terrasse, der Garten, die Außendusche, der morgendliche Blick vom Balkon auf die Bucht gefällt uns immer wieder neu. Von außen ein kleines Häuschen, doch innen kommt der wow-Effekt: sehr hübsch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet; super war, dass in der Küche alle benötigten Gewürze zur Verfügung standen - zusätzlich Nudeln, Reis, Öl...hinterm Haus die großzügigeTerrasse, Garten mit jeder Menge Sitzgelegenheiten, Grill, als besonderer Clou eine von uns viel genutzte Außendusche. Zur Badebucht liefen wir gut 10 min. Bis Sao Martinho do porto (mit Geschäften, Strand-Aktivitäten, "halligalli") läuft man weitgehend über einen Holzsteg durch die Dünen am Meer entlang - dauert ca. 45 min. Von unseren Ferienhaus zwei Straßen weiter gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt mit (Frühstücks-)Backwaren, 2 Cafes, 2 Restaurants in Salir do porto. Erwähnen möchte ich noch, dass wir mit dem Auto mit jeweils einer Zwischenübernachtung gereist sind, das war gut machbar. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt

Traumhafter Glücksgriff

Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen, nah am Meer und nah zu tollen Ausflugszielen, über die man sehr detailliert informiert wird. Das Haus ist wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet mit zwei Terrassen, einem Garten und einem Balkon auch viele Ausweichsmöglichkeiten, falls man mit Teenagern reist. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war außergewöhnlich freundlich. Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!!

Eine Woche an der Küste Portugals in einem landatypischen Haus

bei unserer dreiwöchigen Portugalreise haben wir in der zweiten Woche hier übernachtet. Gute Lage zu vielen Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ein Haus, das mit viel Liebe vor einigen Jahren umgebaut wurde und nicht zu vergleichen ist, mit den neuen 08/15 Villen, die am oberen Dorfrand entstehen. Top ausgestattete Küche, liebevoll bis in Detail gestaltetes Haus. Sehr gute Betreuung durch die Agentur vor Ort, eine kleine Reparatur wurden noch am gleichen Tag ausgeführt, Probleme kulant gelöst. Empfehlenswert.

La casa es muy bonita. La atención dejó bastante que desear

La casa es muy bonita y la zona de relax, preciosa. Está en una zona muy tranquila y se llega cómodamente a la playa. Son dos ambientes separados y se agradece mucho cuando viajas con familia o amigos. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia fue mala. Para empezar, la descripción de la casa no se ajusta a la realidad, porque no tiene dos baños, sino uno. No puede contar como baño una ducha exterior. La atención de los dueños fue excelente desde la distancia, no así su equipo en Portugal, que tardaba en responder y no proponía soluciones a los problemas. A mitad de estancia, surgió un problema grave con el agua caliente, que no tuvimos durante tres días. Sin embargo, los dueños volvieron a responder de forma que agradecemos. Para colmo, aunque no se puede culpar a nadie de esto, eran las fiestas del pueblo y tuvimos que llamar varias veces a la GNR porque era imposible descansar. En general, la casa está muy bien y es muy recomendable, pero la atención recibida por parte del equipo local dista mucho de lo esperado, y deberían cambiar el anuncio y no poner dos baños

Super schön und erholsam

Wir waren zum vierten Mal in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Eigentlich sagt das schon alles! Das Haus kann man nur genießen. Es ist wunderschön gelegen und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben die Strände genossen und viele Ausflüge gemacht. Es gibt so viel zu entdecken. Wir kommen gerne auch ein fünftes Mal wieder!!! Stefan und Monika

La cosa es muy bonita y con muchos detalles .Nos encontramos con que no había lavadora aunque en la descripción de la casa pone que la hay . Considero que es algo que nos deberían haber avisado en la recepción de las llaves, llamamos un par de veces pero no nos cogieron el teléfono. Por otra parte, a mejorar sería el cuarto de baño que al ducharte se llena el suelo de agua ya que no desagua bien ( de hecho ya lo supones al ver el desatascado tal lado) lo cual es muy incómodo
