From check in to check out the villa was fantastic. Very comfortable with everything you need, supermarkets 15mins driving. Proximity to explore many different places which we loved. A car is essential for the villa, the area was peaceful and very relaxing. David and Karen were excellent hosts and helped us organise things we needed for our 2 week stay. I would highly recommend the villa, in fact I already have. Thank you David and Karen for everything and making our holiday perfect.

Muito agradável

No geral foi bom. Apenas o tempo não ajudou em alguns dias, infelizmente apanhamos muito nevoeiro de manhã e ao fim do dia muito vento. Mas isso é com o tempo. Espaço muito agradável para podermos descansar. Tem tudo o que é essencial para passar um boa semana.

Lovely get away and property

Lovely big clean house with big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms Pool was great and views were amazing in quiet village location but within 20 minutes drive of top beaches and Óbidos castle which is a must Only one small issue which was sorted quickly with great communication from Dave & Karen

A great stay

Beautiful house, one of the best we've ever stayed on terms of equipment, both for the outside and in the kitchen. There were minor caveats, such as the problems with the boiler and the Sky receiver for the TV, but those were easily overcome with the remote assistance of Dave and Karen who were always available to reply our emails. One major issue which is not their fault but results from the surroundings (from what we were told, it's the combination of large fruit fields and livestock) are the flies. I have never seen so many flies on my life! So, one advice is to take a couple of citronella candles, especially if you plan on doing some barbecues. The pool is great and the sun cover keeps the water warm and clean. All summed up, a great choice for a quiet vacation on the Portuguese countryside.

Schöne Tage in Rabaceira

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool und Ausblick. Sehr hilfreiche Vermieter, die immer erreichbar sind. Das Meer ist nicht weit weg (20 min.), es gibt einige interressante Orte in der Umgebung (Alcobaca, Caldas da Rainha, Obidos, Santarem....)

A experiência na casa superou todas as expectativas. As fotos não fazem jus ao que a casa é, é muito melhor presencial do que nas fotos. A zona é muito calma e vale mesmo a pena passar umas férias longe de tudo. A piscina é espectacular, a zona de churrasco brutal mesmo. Não há muito a criticar na casa. A voltar sem dúvida alguma.

Otima casa para desfrutar de sossego e privacidade. As divisões da casa são excelentes, jardim com churrasqueira e a piscina é ideal para crianças e desfrutar de bons banhos. De carro pode visitar locais como, salinas de Rio Maior, Óbidos, caldas da rainha, e lagoas e praias. Apenas necessita de modernizar equipamento de televisão.

Semana relaxante

A propriedade é ótima para passar umas boas férias em família. Tudo é tal como está nas fotografias. A comunicação com os proprietários não podia ser mais rápida e eficiente. A zona tem muito para visitar e a vizinhança é muito tranquila e simpática. Aconselho vivamente para quem queira desligar da cidade ao mesmo tempo que tem tudo disponível a 15 minutos de distância.
