「This is my fourth time staying at an apartment hotel. The environment is convenient and comfortable. The receptionists Nelson and Everton are very polite and try their best to answer questions and help. The cleaning staff are polite and can teach us a few words of Portuguese. 「Bring your own everything. You get one towel for 3 days and they will charge you if you want a clean one. No coffee, iron. The pool is basic and nice enough but again no towels. The property is centrally located and if you pay more for the sea view you get an amazing view. Front desk staff is hit or miss - there was a lovely lady one time and then an awfully rude man.」
