Room was incredibly spacious, with a beautiful view, and quiet. The internal pool was excellent; we were surprised it was available at this property. Groceries are easily available within walking distance. This property makes me want to visit Portimão again by itself.

I enjoyed my few days at vista marina. Our apartment was fantastic well equipped and clean. The pool was lovely, everything was walking distance and the staff were really helpful. I will definitely be back but for longer next time.

Easy parking, wonderful lady at check in and check out. Close to the beach and a very well set up appartement with kitchen and washer. Pool looks wonderful but we did not use it. Excellent stay

Vista Marina is a beautiful property. It has lovely grounds with a nice pool. The rooms are modern, bright and clean. In room internet is very very good The staff are friendly and helpful. The rates are excellent for how nice this place is. I can’t fault it.

Huge apartments, great location 15 mins walk from Praia da rocha, comfy beds and nice pool, as well as plenty of secure, underground parking. Would be great for a long stay or short. Would maybe benefit from a bar by the pool (I'd have used it!) and there's not a lot of amenities around the area (quite residential) but a lovely place to stay overall.

Stunning Location And Property

My second visit to this stunning apartment overlooking the River Arade. Apartments are spacious and clean and situated in a central location for beautiful traditional villages and the more touristy Praia’s. Staff are helpful and polite with very good English. The gardens are immaculate with swing chairs, sun beds and loungers around an amazing pool. Communal areas are relaxed and quiet. There are no negatives about this place and we will be returning.

Super clean, modern building with lovely helpful reception staff. We really liked the large apartment and it's balcony which was easily big enough to do our morning exercise routine, then sit and have coffee whilst watching the cruise ship coming in. 15 min light walk to Praia De Rocha, similar to Portimao but i wouldn't bother!

Amazing Views and Beautiful Apartments and Gardens

There was nothing I could fault with my stay here. Ideal location for both Portimao Centre and Praia da Rocha and within easy walking distance to both. Views across the Rio Arade to Ferragudo are breathtaking. The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. Pool area and gardens were beautiful and plenty of sunbeds and sunbathing areas. Staff were very helpful, polite and well spoken in different languages. Contemporary communal areas throughout and hopefully the bar and restaurant will be opening again soon. I will definitely return here after staying in several locations in the area this has been by far the best property!

Liked the spacious apartment with lovely balcony and lovely views. Staff were very friendly polite and helpful. Disappointed jacuzzi still not working and is still advertised as having one. Disappointed that sun loungers are not on balconies but plenty round pool area but no wee tables next to sun loungers. Miss the restaurant not being opened. Welcome pack would be a nice touch for late at night check ins.

Booked this place based on it having a gym and indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc. only to find out on the 1st day that these are closed indefinitely for refurbishing even though there’s no sign of building works ongoing and nothing mentioned on their website. Apartment was okay, shower head fell off the first night and door handle for bathroom the following night. Was a spacious and clean apartment to be fair. Location and view were good and nicely laid out garden/pool area. Would I recommend, yes if they sort their facilities.

Not as depicted, Pool was smaller and shallow so couldn’t swim properly, gym spa restaurant was all closed and not communicated after booking, my room was large but had maintained issues ie cooking hob missing switch’s and one hob didn’t work, shower extractor fan didn’t work so door had swollen, black mould on the silicone etc
