「The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. 「You know i can tell you about the stay but in fact THERE WAS NO STAY. the property is a SCAM. I knocked at the door multiple times and nobody answered, i was left no instructions to even access the property either. So when i applied for a refund i was refused and left no answer. The owner wouldn’t even pick up the phone. It’s an absolute disgrace that i’ve lost the money aswell as a university student it’s just sad. Never ever visit this place as it’s actually shocking 」
