"We had a fantastic stay! Check in was super easy, which was important since delayed flights got us there at 1am. The place was just as advertised and had many great features. "It was fine but I expected mire. The lobby was stark and not welcoming. The staff member at check in very nice but had to inform me I was booked into the wrong room (king pet room) and took awhile to rebook me in a double queen non-pet room. Then internet was spotty and TV glitched so fortunately I brought a nice book. Elevator was not clean and tended to smell like whoever just left it. I took stairs. Did not stay for breakfast. Up your game to compete with your neighbors Comfort Suites."
