“As it is out of town - there is no easy access to the railway station at Monopoli which meant an expensive taxi ride (30 Euros) each way. The taxi's however were prompt and reliable with very courteous drivers. Very few restaurants on site other than snacks being offered at the bar areas at certain times with a little cafe within walking distance out of the site. Place is an interesting design, sadly rough around edges a little, maybe once was very special but still holds enough charm and benefits from a great location; a road crossing away from a delightful little sandy cove with free sunbeds and brollies, and a restaurant. If you approach a stay here with moderate expectations you'll be happy.”

“The place is isolated, quiet, great amenities. The hotel is in an olive orchard which is awesome, so quiet and relaxing. The pool is massive, has a bar and the staff is great! A shuttle takes you to and from the beach club, which I thought would be a bit of an inconvenience, but they do not only stick to the schedule, they can also arrive early if you ask. “Although we had a lovely stay, it seemed like more of a hotel online than it actually was. There's nobody there not are there any amenities so the restaurant and courtyard are really not to use because there's no staff working there. The breakfast is not on-site. We needed to walk a block or so and go into a cafe where we could have coffee or juice and a pastry. I'm not much of a breakfast person so it wasn't a huge deal but it just felt misleading. “I very rarely leave a bad review but I received no response from the owner for two months. We booked the luxury room costing over £100 per night. This was not a luxury room, it had no windows and no wardrobe / drawers to put our clothes away in except 4 hangers on a rope. Our bathroom bin wasn't cleaned properly each day, so I had to ask for it to be emptied and we also woke up to cockroaches in the room.
